    After I logged in and selected the character, it show the message 「Trouble logging into the game? Please visit the Support section of the MapleRoyals forum.」

    Last thing you did:login to check my NX and free market
    Why do you think you got banned?:long time no login and keep vote?

    After logging into my account and selecting a role, a prompt message appeared asking me to check the forum. I went to the forum chat room and asked the GM. The GM asked me to follow the fix steps, but I still couldn't log in after turning off the compatibility of Windows 7. And my other account also has the same problem, even if I choose different roles, the same message is still there. (The error message will be blocked by the character's ability value. I used the first and third characters to put the error message together)

    Ban message when attempting to log in:登入帳號後選取腳色的時後，出現提示訊息要我查看論壇，我到論壇聊天室詢問GM，GM請我依照fix步驟執行，但在關閉windws7的相容性後依舊無法登入。並且我的分身帳號也都是相同問題，即使選擇不同腳色也是一樣的訊息。(錯誤訊息會被腳色能力值擋住，我是使用了第一與第三個腳色才把錯誤訊息拼起來)

    Hello. I apologize for the delayed response. I checked your accounts and you are not banned. It appears you are connecting from an IP that was previously banned. You can try unplugging your router/modem for at least 3 minutes to prompt your ISP to assign you a new IP. Additionally, if you are using a VPN, ensure that it is private (paid) so that you get a private IP.

    I restarted the ISP network machine, applied for and used a fixed IP, and installed the latest version, but the same problem still occurred.

    The desktop computer I use has SSLVPN installed for remote work. The company's MIS colleagues helped me apply for and configure a fixed IP. After restarting, the same problem still occurs when using the fixed IP connection. Is there anything that needs to be adjusted? Because MIS colleagues Let me tell you that if it is an IP problem, the newly applied fixed IP should not be a locked IP because it is unique to me.

    Does this mean my desktop computer has been blacklisted?

    There is nothing else we can do on our end. You are not banned and are able to connect from another computer. Your desktop may be causing issues with the various connection settings you have going on. We cannot really recommend anything else outside of ensuring that no other VPNs are running and changing your IP.

    After I removed the network interface card of Oracle VM VirtualBox in the device manager, I was able to log in normally.
