    Hello all, some players are unable to access the game + website at all

    I had issues to vote a while ago but now I can do it, also opened in the game without issues a couple ahours ago (Latin America, Colombia) also just logged in and it went well.

    Hi, nope, I tried to vote like at 8:50 pm col time, didn't worked, but I tried to open the game and it did normally

    I am currently in Lebanon, deployment
    Can’t access to the server at all with mobile internet. I am using my base’s shitty public wifi.

    I have friends who work on fiber optic transmission lines for several companies, now that dawn has arrived I will ask them what is happening, it seems that the problem is not only here, there is also lag in other games, Dota, Lol, Cod. and others that are online , Just to emphasize, I am from South America, although it would be worth asking about the matter.

    Poor us Asians.
    Don't know if it's related, but in the recent, say, 2 days, logging in at the period of around 1300UTC feels very very very slow.
    Edit to add ping test & tracert screenshot, if it helps.

    I had this problem when I started the cake boss that is, at 20:00 p.m. server time

    I told my brother to check the problem because I felt lag and had network problems After 30 minutes

    the problem was solved

    I don't know if this problem is linked to what you mention

    Although I have forwarded a summary to the Devs, the issue was self-resolved before we could verify anything

    So it's very likely this was an abnormal ISP-specific issue that affected players from various region(s)

    While this issue was occurring, I also noticed the player count displayed on the website is also relatively high (1800~2000) so we are unable to confirm why only some players were affected by this particular issue

    Note: will be closing this thread in a few days since the issue has been resolved
