I have a 105 hermit and a lot of pple say it is a must for bossing Is it too late to start? Do I just put points into ho then us resets like normal? And how much would it affect my hp?

You should pick up a few washes naturally from having a zhelm, dep star, and your job advances. I would recommend you also pick up a 10-ish int cape, 7 int wooden wand, 4-5 int earring and ~10-ish int overall and wear these when you're about to level up. 30-40 washes should be enough for HT and these should be covered by your "natural" washes. use the spreadsheet in http://royals.ms/forum/threads/nodis-hp-wash-helper.23666 to help you out, but remember you'll get an HP and MP boost when you make your 4th job advancement, so this is an underestimate.
