Would a warrior value this to be an equivalent of a 19 wa? (or 20wa considering the 1 slot left). Ps: Picture quality is shit I know.
It probably depends on something like, weapon used. Referring to this thread (link). If for someone an increase of 7str equals to 1 weapon attack in terms of damage range, then it is a 2str 18attk 1 slot cape. However, in terms of price, they are nowhere as close to what actual common class capes with same stats would go for. Also, the slot is considered as 1 wep attk when you trade item 1:1. 14attk 1 slot cape can be traded to 15 attk 0 slots. If you are looking forward trading that taru cape for other taru cape, you could get a 19wep attk no slots, (0-3) str for it.
