Getting Z Helm another way?

    Im trying to get a z helm and my understanding is i need to do the 3 quests before i can pay for a vip helm. with my Parkinson's I'm unable to do the jump quests. Is there any other way to get one? Please help if there isn't i guess i must find a server where they are tradable. Stupid jump quest....

    You may also opt for Scarlion/Targa helm, so a Zakum helmet isn't absolutely necessary
