Details: Hello One of my bishops was engaged with my pally to run APQ, but the thing is I accidentally made engagement ring on both characters, so when they have engaged each other, I cannot use or drop engagement ring box on my bishop. Could you refund this engagement ring box into moonstone+diamond or get rid of it? Edited: I have also found engagement ring box on my HS mule.. somehow I made same mistake..

Hello, just letting you know I still have engagement ring box on my bishop and cannot get rid of it.. And I’ve found my HS mule (IGN: DoNotAskHS) also has engagement ring box. Please remove them from both characters.
Regarding your concern, previously the Admins have tried accessing your character as well during the batch update, but you were online on it (unlucky timing) so the changes couldn't be done for that character Please also update your HS mule's IGN in the initial post as we will usually check the main post for IGN + issue
