You are not banned. Try restarting your router or get a private VPN see if it works

Hi, I've tried restarting my router and I'm still unable to connect. I also created another account and that one's unable to connect too. Is there anything else I can try? Thanks.

 

Thanks! I've restarted the modem/router using that link and it worked. I think previously I switched them on both at the same time, which created some errors. Thanks again for your help!
