Sorry to disturb you amidst your busy schedules. I am the leader of the Kekw guild, and several members have reported this issue to me, so I dare to involve myself in this matter.

[Process]

1. Melotrmil arranged to purchase a 5-day Leech from Veen11.
   
2. Purchase of two Leech sessions (8/7) + one VIP helm = 150m x 2 + 50m = 350m
3. A dispute occurred, and both parties were very unhappy.

[Points of Contention]

Melotrmil's grievances are as follows:

1. He sold the helm but didn't clear the mobs and then left, saying, "Didn't you already pick up one helm?"

Veen11 clarified with me that he had informed him in the game that he had something to do (VL run) and had to leave. Unfortunately, Melotrmil didn't understand English and thought he was selling the helm without helping to clear the mobs, leaving him alone, a low-level mage, to get hit by mobs and only able to pick up one helm.

This was a communication issue, but Veen11 compensated with 50m later on. I have confirmed that this issue is resolved.

2. It took nearly an hour to get the refund through the previous buyer (Q).

Veen11 informed him in-game that he was out of time because he had to rush to a VL run, but Melotrmil didn't understand and felt ignored, becoming very angry and putting Veen11 on the blacklist directly. I told Melotrmil that during VL runs, it's impossible to respond as they have to focus on fighting the boss. He now understands, and this issue is resolved.

3. He also condemned me on the forum, saying he would cancel my reservation if I didn’t comply with his requests.

I couldn’t find this information on the forum, so I asked Melotrmil for a screenshot before editing. I explained to him that he made Veen11 feel frustrated. He is the seller and naturally didn’t want to sell to him if he seemed troublesome. Moreover, he thinks he sold it cheaply. Melotrmil accepted this explanation, and the issue is resolved now.

Veen11's grievances are as follows:

1. Melotrmil did not follow his instructions, slowing down the whole leech process.

I have clarified with Veen11 that Melotrmil doesn’t understand English at all, as is evident from his forum posts. I suggested that he use Google Translate or ChatGPT for translation in the future.

2. He blacklisted him on the forum while he was in the middle of the VL run.

This has been clarified in the former paragraph, and there’s nothing more to discuss at this point.

[Summary]

1. In terms of minor details, such as the number of deaths and how they happened, there are discrepancies between the two parties' accounts, but without screenshots or videos, there's nothing much to discuss.
2. Melotrmil’s grievances and demands have been resolved. I bring it up specifically because Melotrmil started this issue.
3. Regarding the incomplete Leech service, Veen11 provided additional compensation of 30m, which Melotrmil has confirmed receiving.

Note: We have informed Melotrmil that he is prohibited from making further statements about this case here, as there is nothing more to say—it was a communication misunderstanding. He has been advised to use translation software in the future, thus closing the case.

Hey @Doo, I have a follow-up question. In Melotrmil's original post (which has now been edited to remove all specifics), what gave cancer to a lot of people was that he was complaining about not receiving the full 50m (not including the 3% tax) + leech being not being run smoothly(at the buyers fault as well). And his posts were made after Veen11 tried to make amends with Melotrmil. Your post doesn't really address these issues and instead suggests that the post was made because he didn't receive the 50m quickly enough due to VL, along with some other communication issues. This seems off-point because, in his original post, he stated that he did indeed receive the 50m. Does Melotrmil understand and admit that he made a malicious post about @veen11 just because he was upset?

And sure, there were communication issues, but from what I can see, I believe Melotrmil needs to apologize to veen11 for causing any trouble publicly and rescind his post and not hide behind a veteran player when he is at fault here.

 

I don’t see anyone complaining if someone listed bwg for 50m than 500m, keep the same energy if you find overpriced items, its your responsibility as a buyer to see what you’re paying for

a small update - the shop owner has reset the shop and changed the order of items - meaning, he knows his price is wrong and this is a scam attempt AND STILL he kept the price.
I believe this is blacklist worthy.

 

I'm perfectly fine with black listing. He was summoned, was on the forums as recently as 3 hours ago so he woulda seen the Alert and with him resetting his shop and keeping the scam price this guy absolutely knows what he's doing.
