    Hi I'm able to log in after using VPN, is this related to IP issue?

    Hello. I can confirm that you are not banned. You were probably connecting from an IP that was previously banned. If it happens again, you can try unplugging your modem/router for at least 3 minutes to prompt your ISP for a new IP.
