Closed Green Cardigan and Blue Cardigan can't be traded nor dropped

    Problem: Green Cardigan and Blue Cardigan can't be traded nor dropped
    Detail: I think I got both Cardigan from last year and they were in Cash Shop for a long time, and this year at the beginning of the event as I wanna sold them and I found out they can't be traded nor dropped but I'd like to sell them for APRs...
