I got 2 BWG, 2 CSS20, 2 Taru, 2 PGC, 3 WS, and 1 CS meaning 700 pulls should get you one of each of the big ticket items on average.

At 300k NX it's still mostly a coinflip and up to RNG, but I think on average shrine will beat out Miwok. The main advantage miwok has is that the tickets (enchanted scrolls) are tradable, so you can gamble with mesos instead of NX. And that provides a solid outlet for people who don't want to gamble to turn their NX into meso, at a better rate than APRs.
I opened around ~70 today at different times. Best item I got was 3% CSS. Overall lost around 80% of the mesos I spent buying miwoks & scrolls
I opened around 200 more, not sure the exact amount. got 2 ws, 3 pac [1,2 ,3 att] stone tiger head, moon rocks, some nice gold emerald earrings, shield m.att scrolls, face dex, crystal shards. Made around ~500m profit overall
I opened 3, got a 30% glove m.att scroll and some trash. On average that's about 8-ish(?) million mesos per artifact and I learned in statistics that n=3 is a large enough sample size
