Error[IMG]: "Windows[IMG] cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

I have no problems with playing this server, my friend[IMG] on the other hand has.

We really wish to keep playing this private server due to nostalgic reasons :). GM Daniel helped me a lot. We have tried running it as administrator in every single[IMG] way, in compatibiliteit mode, checking the "Run as administrator" box. Also, allowing letting his anti-virus[IMG] allow MapleRoyals.exe.

He putted out his antiv]-virus, firewall and every possible programm that could block it. We have been working on it the whole evening. First he couldn't enter the site, now he can, downloaded[IMG] it from the site and still has the same problem.

We really do not know what to do, or give up or, if there is a possibilty, try to fix it and play.

Hello again! Do you mind posting a larger picture? That one is too small to be viewable.

You could always try to un install it, go into control panel and do it.
    Then try download it again.

Anti virus is blocking the .exe.

Try after disabling it to install in a different directory, or put a full exception on the anti virus. Many anti viruses still do things when they are "turned off".

Did you try restart PC too after disabling it? Maybe the anti virus blocked it that hard it just permanently disable access to the file, until you restart.

Did you turn off this:[IMG]are you sure he is on the main account for the pc and does he still get that message if he rights click and "open as admin"

Edit: If you have downloaded royals several times you still need to delete the folder yourself even if you un install it.
Could be you have a lot of copies that dont work.
