Hii I just got back into the game after a hiatus, there's a big chunk of NPCs that just aren't showing up for me It hasn't been a huge problem except now that I want to do my job advancement to a Cleric, I can't find the necessary NPC to bring Grendel's letter to. I have the most current version of the game & it's been listed as an exception on all of my antivirus software.
This is what I've been seeing in potion shops on Vic Embarrassingly, I just went to the wrong place for my job advancement -- but I am still curious about the potion shops (and most weapon shops) being mysteriously empty.
NPC is towards the left side You should be able to see them straight away if change the view option from 800x600 to 1024x768 Note: some maps are extended to fit the new client side of 1024x768
Just adding here incase others search for this issue: missing NPC's can also be caused by severe lag. You can test for this either by going through a portal (it won't work if you are lagging), or by casting a buff skill (the animation will appear, but the buff will not appear in top right if you are lagging). Just wanting to make sure people don't spend ages mucking around with screen resolution when there issue is actually lag.
