When I reinstalled the game, it keeps showing that 'already logged in' message

I just finished to Excavation site quest of lvl 60 and heading back to Perion.

Last Location: Mysterious Path 3 (Ch. 3?)
Description: Was training in MP3 and went to the left side of the map to the strings on top of the boats and logged off. When I tried to login today it gave the message in this post and as long as I stay in the application it says my character is online from the buddy list, but am still stuck in the login screen.

  • Was AFK in Leafre town, came back and changed channel by Witch Malady NPC and dc'd. It has been around 12 hours since.

 

Issue resolved and it has happened again...

  • Similar scenario as above post, AFK in Leafre, cc by Malady and dc'd. Both the above and this incidence happened when I cc'd at xx:59:xx server time right before pierre spawn time.

I was in Pirate party quest when I suddenly disconnected. Now I get that same error.
My friends says I'm still logged in on their buddies list
Update: Fixed now

• What you were doing before being disconnected (be as detailed as possible): started logging in, got to channel select screen, then client crashed.

• What you were doing before being disconnected: AFK in fm channel 3, my electricity went out and after i restarted my computer both characters were stuck in game. I can see they're online and whispers are being delivered
