Vote Abuse - The act of attempting to, or successfully, bypassing the restrictions of voting no more than once per 24 hours. Please be aware that, in cases of severe abuse as per discretion of Staff, we reserve the right to respond with a permanent ban regardless of if it is your first offense. The Admins have gone through your voting history for the time you have been playing Royals, and have seen a number of times where you voted on more than one of your accounts in a 24-hour period. Doing this is against the MapleRoyals ToS. The extra NX you accumulated voting on more than one account daily gave you a significant advantage over every other person who plays on this server and follows the voting rules. The number of times you did this was severe enough for the Admins to issue a Major Vote Abuse Ban as a result of your actions.
We are 3 persons in the family who play royals .. all of us playing on the same network And sometimes in same computer I’m most of the time not playing just voting my main char .. so I don’t know where is the problem .
Seems the issue is you didn't read the voting rules: If there are three of you playing, you needed to apply and be accepted onto the Whitelist in order for all of you to vote each day. Without doing that, only one vote can come from your household per 24-hours. What you did is considered Vote Abuse.
Well I’m an old player I used to play alone and they just join in the runtime .. I guess no matter what I say it’s won’t help .. I guess I can’t recover my account ?
The Admins are the ones who issued the ban, but I will ask them to check again. Please be patient and wait for a response from them here.
doesnt seem to be 3 accounts belonging to three people due to the similarities in account details and being logged in on the same device at the same time. one of the characters conveniently stopped playing at lvl 50 as well. your ban for vote abuse will remain
