Closed engagement ring stuck in inventory

    Problem:
    I cannot refund, drop or use engagement ring box on my bishop.
    Details:
    Hello
    One of my bishops was engaged with my other account (IGN Thevibe06) to run APQ, but the thing is I accidentally made engagement ring on both characters, so when they have engaged each other, I cannot use or drop engagement ring box on my bishop.
    Could you get rid of it in any way please.

    For what its worth, this happened to me too and it randomly resolved the next day.
