or the map is not public for any players?

 

If he was in the map first, which he was, and asks you to leave you must leave. Use ~mapowner to be sure.

 

Excuse me, what is mapowner?

 

It's a command used to determine who's map it is. When you saw "this map is owned by Graves" you should have changed channels.

Instead of leaving when he asked you to you kept killing, that's why you're banned. We don't tolerate KSing here.
