    I am a returned player, I play this game in 2016. can you help me to check what is going on with my account? When I tried to log in, it just showed this is an id deleted or blocked.

    Apologies. Looks like I confused your two IGNs when I looked up your account, since they were so similar 'petamag' and 'petadrea'. You are correct; petamag is banned.

    It seemed that recent ban cases were solved, since my appeal, it had been 16 days, and I still had no idea why am I banned

    I can see that admin’s are busy, but most of the cases after my appeal were solved, and til now i have nothing even the reason of my ban
