1. IGN: BeansBucc 2. REASON: Loot Stealing 3. DETAILS: Unlucky day, farmed 10 HH to get a Jack O'Lantern for my new character. Finally got one and was handling TP stuff (needed to get a VIP rock in fm). Meanwhile I saw a dude came to the same map, and I told him: "cc plz" "cc" and "don't" Still he walked to the right side of the map and looted the HH head. Killing the HH was fast (but finding one is kinda annoying) and I didn't do mapowner stuff, so this won't be accepted in Report Abuse. Hence here we are. In the conversation, he kinda comfirms that he loots the Jack O'Lantern, and refuses to pay 10m. I deem 10m a reasonable price because I saw people selling HH head at 15m, 10m or 8m, and also need to cover the VIP rock. The maps (and another 2 maps) are all cleared so the rock is pretty much wasted.
The other mapler clearly states he did not know that his pet lootedthe item, this makes it so that it seems that this was not his intention at all. Also there is no proof of you stating he cant loot which is requiered for even a report abuse option for a ban. Lastly you say you wanted XXX amount of mesos since it sells normaly for a price, you did not want to sell this so the price for selling an object is not in place here. The guy offered to refund your TP rock so wanted to compensate for your loss in mesos for the accident which is a reasonable offer. In my eyes this post is just totally unnecesery since it all seems to be based on a mistake form his part and your pure frustration on the situation.
See this is a big problem here The guy seemed to genuinely be sorry and want it resolved fairly. Afaic, your response was spiteful and will result in less... Good will? Good omens? from players who make a mistake. Excuse my english i hope my point comes across, but my point is that in order to be blacklisted, the behaviour needs to be malicious. Also, i may be outdated, but i thought BF toe was 10-15m and HH head is like 2.5-5m, but that might just be me
Whether or not to sell something or at any price is by discretion of the seller (or a totally unwilling seller). I don’t want to sell the jack o’lantern at all. And I don’t have to sell if the item is tradable. Spoiler: Similar case In u scroll a rare but useless item (for example a +6 low level axe, which takes on average 560 axes and 800 x 30% scrolls). Someone borrows it and u have an agreement that he will return in 10 min. (Similar to my case where T&C states loot stealing is not allowed.) But somehow when he wears the axe, he puts a CSS on it and it’s boomed (similar to my case where he looted the untradable item). He either scrolls the exact same axe and returns it, or pays the price the owner names. (Similar to the case where I ask him to pay 10m.) If I haven’t disabled NVIDIA GPU (and have the past 5 min auto recording), and did at least one ~mapowner, he would have been banned. Multiple members of the staff have stated that, not knowing the rule is not an excuse.
If you loot someone's NX and a helm in a Zak Run because you leave pet loot on? You don't charge the buyer for the hat and you pay the rate that NX is worth to the eye dropper or compensate them with something like an eye. You can disagree on the value (5 helms and you accidentally loot one = 20% off? for example) but you do still owe restitution even if it's a mistake. Albeit OP should have shown a ~mapowner to prove it's their map, the fact is it would have despawned if they weren't map owner, and mapowner implies you are not allowed to loot unless you are the map owner. Mistakes happen sure, but if you make a mistake you also have to deal with the consequences of it.
It's also worth noting that you can't loot items from other players' kills for 18 seconds, starting when the item loads (so when you enter the map or, for large maps, when you get around a screen away). Meaning they should have had time to move away.
/ Hello dear people, if I did not do things well I apologize since I did not know very well about the issue of tokens since in the previous races that I did releasing the eye of fire I took the nx and the tokens and I never had problems but I apologize for my English is not very fluent, it is basic / I would like to solve this misunderstanding since I do not like the problems. You can write to me in the game to solve this in the best way and I am sorry for what happened.
REPORT FORMAT 1. IGN: XxSoulBTxX 2. REASON: Sold krexel ring and didnt split the money with other attackers 3. DETAILS: He sold a krexel ring to another guy and didnt split the money. Kept all the money to himself and said "it's my party my rules, are you new to the game?". He also told me that I will get the NX from the next round. That's not fair so I left the party immediately. Don't party with this guy!!!
I feel like I miss some of the Convo here Where's the part where he refuses to split and say the "my party my rules" thing?
Hi Geto and NehZu I have added more pictures of the conversation. As you can see I asked for the ring, but then he decided to sell it (which im fine with as long as i get my split ofc. lol)
I think it's weird from the guy when he said "you take exp + nx" if it wasn't what you guys have agreed on earlier. I guess it's a trio-Krex and one atker bought the ring, then 40m should distribute between 3, the looter shoulda paid you and the soul guy 13.3m each. Anyways, regardless of party comp, you should get your share, the Soul dude - decided to keep 40m for himself is a pretty scumbag move
Yeah, that is correct 3 attackers so 13.3m each. He is a scumbag that is why I wanted to post him here to warn others
Better post ss of the whole client, and from the start of his smega, including everything that you agreed on.
Hi Zenoooo, unfortunaly this is what I have. If you don't want to believe me what happened thats fine. I just want to warn others!
