I log in a lot but end up not having time to play because adult life. Not sure if that's suspicious or anything, but I don't think I've done anything wrong. I only have one character, cleric. Just built up a lot of NX and was going to use it all. I might have played MapleRoyals in the past but I don't even remember the accounts or names. I'm starting new with this one this year. Side note: Just looked at some other threads. Is the NX Voting rule actually every 24 hours on our personal clock? Or is it on the 24 hour clock of mapleroyals? Because if it's the former then my bad. I only voted whenever maple royals clock reseted, and that at times may have been right before and right after the clock resets. Also I have used a VPN on my personal laptop at my home connection, but don't recall if I ever played MapleRoyals on it. I haven't used one at all for a few months now. Update: I traveled to Europe from my home computer recently. May have voted on VPNs during my time there. If that is the problem, then I guess nothing can be done about it. Bummer.
Hello, Your accounts are not banned due to any rule breaking. The "You have been disconnected from the Server. Please try again" commonly shows up with a MAC ban. Looking at your accounts and connections, that seems to be the issue. You currently have multiple MAC Addresses associated with your connection and one of them happens to be the Address 00-00-00-00-00-00, which is a fault MAC address and can't be used to access Mapleroyals. You will need to disable that faulty MAC addresses in order to connect to the game.
Update for reference to anyone: Deleted NordVPN. It removed the "device" from my list of hardware mac addresses. That fixed the problem. Never played MapleRoyals on Nord, but I guess its MAC address being on my ipconfig still affects it.
