There's only 1 character for each account, nothing else. Don't remember any other accounts, i came back playing after a long time, so 'ArrowMe' is an old account, don't remember that i had any other account with it.

Wow that sounds really weird, don't think i even used the 'ArrowMe' account on 2022..sure not being banned for mass-voting... Really worked hard on farming HH in order to lvl/gacha.. Not going to try and convince, you're protecting your game and I respect it. Please review it and let me know. Thanks.
To be clear, it was your old accounts from before you created ArrowMe. Those accounts were banned, and since then you created new accounts, including those you listed here. That is not allowed. Bans apply to you as a person.
