Wife's account is also banned - maybe it's because I borrowed her WIFI adapter to test since my PC onboard WIFI stopped working? We play in the same household.

Thanks we just forgot to apply for the whitelist! Just started 2 weeks ago-ish! Wondering if we do that, would we get unbanned and play sooner for the holidays??
Unfortunately no, as you were both responsible for ensuring that you understood all of the Terms and Conditions, which included our voting rules. We don't make an exception for anybody, as we must be fair to all. On the upside, we caught you quickly enough for it to be considered as minor vote abuse. Had we not caught you relatively quickly, it could very well have become major vote abuse, which is a permanent ban. Glad to hear you applied for the whitelist though
