Can't enter a channel

Hello I can't log in into the game, it tells me i need to visit support section of the forum.
What to do?

From discord announcement : Welp I'm sure both you and I know it's Friday the 13th so the server just has to go offline to follow the trend
Staff are aware and are looking into it~

So it not a bug, server is down atm
