Reading the other threads of this section, I have realised that its likely due to me voting for Nx for both this HS Mule account as well as my main account . Now that I've read through the NX voting terms and conditions more closely via Maple Admin NPC, Im afraid I have to report that I've committed the act of vote abuse. Seeing that this is my mistake, what are the consequences of my actions? Thank you.

Apologies. We never did follow up with you here. Based on the previous IGNs you were able to provide Tim, and the account name you sent me via PM, we did find your accounts. The IGN on the account you sent me via PM is not Sanctimonius. It is also not level 70+ to be able to cast Holy Symbol. You do have a Level 81 Priest, with the IGN Sanctimonius, but it is not on the account you sent me via PM. The one you sent me via PM was banned for Real World Trading (RWT) back in March 2022: Spoiler: MapleRoyals ToS Major Infractions: Real World Trading Punishment: Permanent ban. Real World Trading - The act of exploiting the software or the game for any sort of commercial purpose, including buying or selling items, mesos or services for real world currency or barter. Additionally, any and all solicitation, advertisement or other promotion of the aforementioned, irrespective of the location of the act. Because a RWT ban is permanent, your other accounts have been banned pending this investigation. This is because playing the game while one of your accounts is banned is considered Ban Evasion: Spoiler: MapleRoyals ToS Infractions: Ban Evasion Ban Evasion - The act of circumventing a ban that exists on a player through the use of any means with the intent to, or accomplishing, access of the game on any account. Punishment: Identical to the consequence of which the player attempts to, or already has, circumvented. An Admin is currently looking into your situation (both the Real World Trade aspect, and the fact that you admitted to potential vote abuse) and will respond here when they are able.

Hi Stephen, hi Tim, Thank you very much for getting back to me on this thread. Appreciate that you put time and effort into consolidating your findings. This is all news to me. I did believe that the account that I have PM-ed you was the account that holds my lvl 81 Priest, Sanctimonius. While I am certain that I only created my Priest this year, I can't recall if the account in question has existed all the way back in 2022. On the other hand, I am confident to state that I have never had access to an unique expensive ring of alchemist to sell, nor any ROA for that matter.. Further, the previous previous time I was ever active on MapleRoyals must have been in 2020, back during the COVID pandemic (made good memories and instagram stories with my friends). You may have a look at the equipments and the cumulative mesos that I hold in all my accounts listed. I am not rich, none of my items are near end-game worthy nor god-like. How might I have gotten access to an expensive ROA suddenly to sell for real money back in 2022? I hope I have sufficiently made my case, and I apologise in advance for coming off as rude. It is never my intention to disrespect the GMs of the server. I also must apologise if I have factually mistaken the account banned for soliciting rwt to be the account that holds my priest, I've only last used my priest account in June 2024 and may not remember the account name correctly anymore. However, the only infraction that I have likely committed would be abuse of voting. If I was ever given a chance to play again, may I be direct messaged the account name of my Priest? can you walk us through your thought process on listing an account name that you believe is yours to stephen, but now claim is not yours?
Hi Tim, Most Certainly. I actually think that the account suspended for suspected rwt may have previously belonged to me. The account name only 1 character difference compared to the account name that holds my shadower, Buskoditz. This was why I initially thought that my Priest Sanctimonius was in that account. Now that it is also made known that my priest is in fact not in that account, I also claim that I no longer remember what characters are in that account (If I am not wrong, that account in question may have been created in 2020, and probably was just a storage account..? I cannot remember the names of any characters in there) What I am refuting is my involvement in any rwt activities back in 2022, as well as any involvement in ROAs. If it helps my case, I am actually happy to keep the account in question banned, so long as I get access back to my shadower, my sniper, and my priest eventually. I do not feel any affiliation to an account that is deemed suspicious and holds no significant characters that I remember. Thank you!
ok that makes sense, that account seems to not be yours but I can understand guessing that based on the name that does bring us to you voting on buskoditz, Sanctimonius and NubCrossBow every day resulting in a ban for vote abuse though
Hi Tim, Thank you for your understanding regarding my stance on the alleged RWT. Regarding the vote abuse, I understand how the inflating of voting for nx is not tolerated, and am willing to accept the consequences for my mistake.. Will it be a permanent ban in my case? Thank you.

May I know if there is a clear resolution to my appeal request since the ban has been imposed for the correct infraction of vote abuse? I remain hopeful that I may play again one day, and I hope that the GMs may consider my consistent cooperation and forthcomingness in this investigation as reason for a shorter ban duration. Hi Tim, Thank you for getting back to me on the thread. I understand that up to a certain amount, NX accrued through vote abuse warrants a permanent ban. But before I let go of this amazing game entirely, I thought I'd like to appeal to you once more.. My last appeal to the current ban situation will be this: seeing that my mistake was an honest one, that I've been cooperative through this entire query, that I've intentionally not touched most of the NX that I have accrued wrongfully, May I seek to reduce the ban duration, with all my NX confiscated and other in game consequences? If there is some form of community work that I could emulate (just like corrective work order in the real world), I am also willing to uptake some commitments. Like many others, this server has given me so many joys in my life. I'd hate to give this hobby up just because of my silly mistake of neglecting a critical community rule...
