My friend told me recently a notice had been added that you can only do Winter Dash on 1 account (I was not aware that this had been added because I am used to just holding down "Y" while clicking the NPC). I know this is not a valid excuse and I should always be reading text but I could have sworn this text was not there at the start of the event. I'm still pretty new and this was my first winter event and I really had no idea that you can't take 2 characters into Winter Dash. Ban message when attempting to log in: Your account has been blocked for using illegal programs and violating the game policy. Hi there. We appreciate the the story you created here. You have entered Winter Dash multiple times, surprisingly, on one character. You then decided to enter on two characters today. You knowingly disregarded the warnings placed in game in an attempt to gain an unfair advantage over your peers. Your 14 day ban will remain. You can vote in the meantime but do not create additional accounts to play on while you wait for your ban to expire as this will count as ban evading. That’s simply not true. I did not knowingly do it which is what I said in my initial post. This was also not my first time doing it on multiple chars like you stated. I’ve done it on like 5+ occasions it just depends if I’m already on multiple clients or not. Like I said I had no idea it was not allowed to do it on multiple chars, but I agree with you. The rules are in place and it is on me for not reading up on them so I agree with the decision nonetheless. Appreciate you reviewing this and cya in 2 weeks.
