Thank you for your quick follow-up! I checked and made sure that I didn't have an active VPN connection, but I still cant seem to log back in even after restarting my computer
It seems that you are trying to connect from a banned IP address (assuming it's the same one you posted on the forum from). Reboot your router by unplugging it for at least 1 minute. This should prompt your ISP to allocate you a new IP address. Please let us know if you still have trouble after that!
