Solved [Solution Given] Cannot log into the game

Details of the issue: When i enter my PIC after selecting my Character, I will be disconnected from the server with the picture below.
What error code were you given(if any): No error code

I am having the same issue as well - if anyone can support!!!

 

If you have any VPNs installed, check the Task manager to see if you have an instance of it running currently and in the background. End those instances and try opening the game.

I have NordVPN installed and noticed a background instance of it was running even though the app itself wasn't running. I stopped that instance and opened MapleRoyals. I logged in fine and can play now

 

Nord can fuck up royals even if it's not running at all (even the other processes you mentioned)
