Closed quick question about voting

I moved to live on-campus where I use a shared network and I haven't voted because I wasn't sure if it would look like vote abuse. Is it safe to vote from my dorm and when I visit home?

 

Idk but you can always just vote from your phone (while not on dorm wifi if you have)

 

Its fine but if anyone would vote on the dorm wifi it wouldn't let you vote as well (either on royals or gtop)
