    Dears,

    I don't know if it is the right place for me. As far as i remember i played a bit in the past on MS ROYAL few years ago with the following account:

    > "Hidden by staff"

    I actually cannot login the game, after adding my creds an error occurs. Any chance you could look at it?

    Sorry, i did not respect the Thread template. Anyway do not waste time if it is too much complicated to trace this old account (from 2018) Just close the Thread. I'am having good Time with a new fresh account.

    Thank you for sending that over. You were banned in May of 2018 for hacking on your character "SinSakura". This ban is permanent which means that you as a person are no longer allowed to play on the server.

    More than six years spent. So i would say than i apologize. My six year dougher did her thirst step on MS ROYAL last week. Please give me chance
