im not sure what youre expecting us to do in this situation. its not like the community has the power to overturn permanent bans to begin with, and as stated in multiple community threads the community is pretty set that hacking is like the one thing you dont get a second chance from.
every now and then people are arguing over if to allow people who did more minor things like vote abuse, or account share even, to return to the server. however in every one of those discussions its pretty much agreed that hackers dont get a second chance.

Well, I can assure you there isn't any "artificial intelligence" mechanics or systems involved here in my write-ups. Perhaps, it's just me being somewhat overly 'intelligent' (not to sound like a narcissist here by any means to clear off any forms of suspicion). I wonder why I've received such lackluster responses for my bit of effort to try and claim some sense of justice over there. I'm not sure of the staff's full competency in tackling issues like these and discussions that should be deserving of probably more attention in providing proper and adequate explanations for their actions that might be subjective in the eyes of some others out there, which will perhaps, inadvertently make an unwanted impact to the overall community and all around.

I suggest that they should have a reform in staff selection if they keep up with such underwhelming performances (feel free to defend for them if you disagree) as you have now witnessed it for yourself from what kind of responses I received over there.

I don't want to turn this into a hazing but wouldn't the intelligent thing to do be to make an appeal in the proper format?

 

Imagine being so outraged from your own ban that you drone on and on for massive paragraphs about how youre not going to appeal in the correct format

 

Nice ganging up against me, I applaud you few for that then. I doubt that even if I appeal in the so-called "proper or correct format" it'll even make much of any difference in their will to unban me as we all know that whenever they ban a player, they rarely ever agree to any of their appeal here on the forums as we can clearly see the "non-existent" in letting players who are banned for some questionable reasons that might seem subjective of whether if it was actually indeed right for the "victim" to get that ban over some accusations and being a target of suspect. Then again, they'll occasionally ban innocent players, and I bet without a single practical compensation for their legitimate mistakes made. They will of course expect the innocent victim to come on here and tell them of their preciously and much coveted IGNs (which they will of course follow because it's so important for them to absolutely include their character names so that people won't be clueless but not including those who tend to issue these bans of course).

I'll be frank and just say that it's probably another "bias-based-ban" that I had receive. Just some privilege for players who might be more prominent in the community I'd suppose whatever it is, I guess.

As far as the game masters are concerned, their decision for my ban is final and valid according to their circle. They feel that their action of banning me is "justified" and for that reporter's sake whom I'll probably keep "its" anonymity out of respect. It's just pointless for me to make an appeal in the first place, I was highly confident that I expected not to be unban by them anyways despite my attempt to petition.

I've provided some form of 'entertainment' to ban appeal enjoyers and are still being despised by those who bother to feedback here on what is supposedly their most favorited ban appeal thread. I don't feel that much appreciated and now I'd even feel abused and being meme at over here apparently.

I'm willing to do a debate on the conversation I had with that person which got me prosecuted and banned just because I might have said something irrational in their minds and perceived it offensive enough in 'its' opinion to trigger a ban report against me. But of course, I won't see any form of proper and serious discussion ever really happening because I know I am very unlikely to ever get that chance of having the slightest priority of defending my 'innocence' or at least being undeservingly suspended for such petty statements I might have casually made, which were used to instigate against me insisting that I'm fully guilty.
