    All Your Character Names: GRABmyBaiis (name I was previously banned for - may have been updated to "GungaGuns", see screenshot below), HUGEFatDude, RapperViper
    Last thing you did: last played in 2018, I don't recall
    Why do you think you got banned?: Inactivity and/or due to my inappropriate name and inappropriate ban appeal thread: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/bana-ppeal.130483/
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection
    What GM banned you (optional): not sure

    Additional Notes:
    I recently tried logging into Royals after being inactive since 2018. I was able to reset my email/PIN/PIC with Tim's help, but seems I am still banned. Last I remember I was banned for my inappropriate name, and name was supposed to be updated then I would be unbanned -- see screenshot below

    i guess any of them, they are all on the same account ID/username - the blocked message is on the main login screen

    You are not banned on our side.

    If you are still having issues connecting:
    • Try restarting your router before reconnecting
    • Disable and/or uninstall VPN services before reconnecting

    yep, same thing after restarting router. I don't use nor have any VPNs.

    When I restart, the first 2 numbers of my IP stay the same, only the last two change. (ie 1.2.3.4, 1.2 always the same)

    Is it possible some IPs are overzealously range banned? Maybe need to revisit that policy?

    are you able to connect on any accounts at all? perhaps try making a new one to see if you can log in?

    I just checked and I was able to create a new account and character and log in successfully. Logged out and checked my "old account" and it still gives the "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection" message

    theres no ban on your accounts or connection, have you been able to connect?

    same status as my last update. Can connect on a brand new account, but I still get the "this is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection" for my old one. For fun I updated my password on the old account too, still get the same message when logging in. If i enter an incorrect password I will get an "incorrect password" message as expected. But entering the correct password I get "this is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection".

    Example trying to sign into my banned account vs. new account with the same Mapleroyals executable, same connection, etc, same time

    You should be able to log into the account again.

    Once logged in, please ensure you update your account security as soon as possible.

    Please also reach out in the account recovery section if you have forgotten your other IGNs and account(s) here https://royals.ms/forum/threads/lost-email-or-username.154999/ as it looks like it's been a while since you last played.

    If you are still having issues, please respond here and I will re-open the thread but it should be all resolved now from the logging in side of things.
