According to the description of ACB, every level adds an additional 10% chance to keep the element charge when Charged Blow is used, up to 100% at level 10 so the charge is never consumed. I've just advanced to Paladin and added 1 SP to ACB, but I'm able to use Charged Blow repeatedly until the charge timer expires, as if the retention rate was 100%. I would have expected it to consume the charge 9 times out of 10. But maybe I should buy a lottery ticket...
Its an old bug, looks like it only works at lv 1 so i recomend you leave it as it is until you get enough sp to max.
