Hi there. You are not banned. If you're able to access the forums to make a ban appeal, you shouldn't have any issues accessing the main website. Please try again. If you are still having issues accessing the main website, what error message are you getting? Similarly, when you try to log into the game, what error message appears on your side?
I changed my IP address using a VPN to see if that worked and was able to access the site and game after. The error said connection was forcibly closed by proxy or something. Is my IP address needed to be white listed or something?
