Hello all. Not a single glass shoe to be found after I killed thousands of fire boar. I failed this challenge

 

Helped my wife farm monster cards from red drakes and copper drakes in Dangerous Valley II. There are only a handful of fire boars that spawn on this map but we ended up getting a glass shoe from them after killing around 10 boars.

I'm giving up on this quest, getting frustrated lol. I made it to 2000 stacks before calling it quits

Started my ordeal because of this thread. Mission accomplished. xD

 

Unrelated, but I have completely filled in fire boar's entry and even got a few garnet ores. Still no glass shoe.

Might try this challenge on a later date.

UPDATE: I need 4 more garnets for a quest, so I have more reason to try again.

UPDATE2: I've tried, but I stopped when my equipment inventory becomes full. Do you think Arwen would accept one of the shoes?
Aside from that, I got ~240 fire tusks, but one garnet ore. I also got three fire boar cards as well as a couple of diamond and mithril ores. Maybe I should count them in, too?

UPDATE3: I've tried again today, as shown by the second screenshot. Used up to three slots of fire teeth. Still no glass shoe, but at least I've got a couple of garnet ores.

UPDATE4: Tried again until I got 2 more garnet ores (I need 40 for a quest). The fire tooth couldn't reach a full item slot, though.

UPDATE5: I need dragon skins for a few quests, so I went to East Rocky Mountain VII to hunt while also trying my luck.

UPDATE6: I need dragon skins again, but this time I'm hunting in Dangerous Valley.

UPDATE7: Another unrelated case, but I have cleared the 999 cursed eye quest and even completed its book along the way, but I haven't received black bull's deed yet. I could do another variant of this challenge since I need orichalcon.

UPDATE8: Did black bull's variant until I got the item or the last ore of orichalcon I need for another quest. In the end, I got the ore, not the deed, with 257 cursed eye tails.
