Hi, I am writing to respectfully appeal my recent permanent ban. I have been a dedicated and loyal member of the Royals community for the past 10 years, and I’m still surprised regarding my ban linked to a hacking incident from a decade ago. To be honest, I still do not recall ever engaging in any hacking. I understand that records indicate that a newly created account by me was involved in hacking before being banned a day after creation. However, I assure you afterwards that during my long tenure here in Royals, I have played fairly and become part of the community. If there was any wrongdoings, I sincerely apologize for any issues it may have caused. I kindly ask for forgiveness regarding this permanent ban and request reconsideration of my case. From Tim, I was told my ban in 2015 was related to me creating an account and being banned the next day for a mob vac ban. This would be the first time somebody was ever falsely auto banned for hacking on a level 4 character fresh onto maple island. These maps just simply cannot trigger false positives. No amount of posting ChatGPT walls of text or searching for old ban appeals is going to change your situation. We understand that you are a loyal player who has been here for a long time, and has perhaps never done anything wrong since this incident. You are not the first person who experimented with hacks when they first started here, and you sadly won't be the last. However, our policy is clear: permanent bans are permanent, and apply to people not accounts. You will need to find another server or game to play on. We wish you well.
Hi, are you sure the autoban system absolutely cannot trigger false positives back in 2015 on those maps? I strongly believe that there are cases like the ones I referenced that there are cases where the mob vac autoban from a decade ago may have caused false bans. Regardless, I’d like to request for an admin to rereview my case.
As you can see above from Tim's reply, an admin has already reviewed your case and made a decision. The autoban system in 2015 could not trigger false positives on those maps. The cases that you have linked to are very different maps, where the mechanics are such that it was possible for the auto vac system to false positive. This is not the case for the map that you were banned in.
