    Hi team,

    It says my account is banned when i have not even went on it - username is (censored) since i forgot my character name.. its a sin level 50

    I tried using VPN since I am in asia to login and it doesnt work even though i have a dedicated IP and its a paid subscription to Express VPN, please review thank you i have not gone on for a while but I would like to start playing again
