IGN: HolyHealer Problem: I am unable to log in Details: I got disconnected earlier and I thought nothing of it; when I returned to the game later it wouldn't let me log in. I gave it a few hours to see if it goes away, but I still can't access my account, getting the character stuck logged in message. I know I'm supposed to log in to the Control Panel and go to Character Fixes, but I get this message: Control Panel The username or password is incorrect. Please try again. You will be redirected in 3 seconds I am 100% sure I am using the right username and password, because they work to log in on the client. Is it broken? If not, what can I do to solve this issue?
okey waht you need to do is make a post in character issues and follow the correct format, you need a password change.
