Hi GMs, IGN: DKawh Problem: Missing Ass30 books that was drop traded before mass server disconnection Details: Earlier today 05/03/2025 (server date) around 18:20+ (server time) there was a mass server disconnection. I had a regular store permit mule set up at 18-1 with two assassinate30 books that was drop traded by my friend @Ewiyar on her CR before the mass server disconnection happened. After the server was back up, I went to open my store and my two books were gone not in my inventory. I had also checked if the item was on NPC Fredrick and also relogged multiple times but to no avail. Can the GMs verify the drop log of my character to verify that I had the books before the server disconnection happened cause it was drop traded at channel 18 FM 1. Rough estimation of the timing (server time) probably around 1600-1730. Can't really recall the exact timing that the drop trading happened but it definitely happened at least 1h before the mass server disconnection at 1820+ as mentioned above.
Suppose there was a rollback and you lost the 2 x Mastery Books due to it. Wouldn't the Books be back in your friend's inventory? Could you check with your friend as well?
Hi Dave, My friend @Ewiyar examined her inventory on the specified day at approximately 18:30 server time. On the day of the incident, I messaged my friend about the missing ASS30 books, as indicated in the attached Discord message. She also indicated that she possessed only three Ass30 books at that time, rather than the five she had prior to the drop trade. I have included the Discord split logs, which may assist in verifying the sale of the books using a store permit. The exact timing of the two book sales is unavailable due to the expiration of her store. Additionally, funds were claimed through Fredrick at 1239H server time (2039H GMT+8 Time). I have also verified that she does not possess the ass30 books while composing this message.
