I think I'm IP blocked or MAC blocked... Itried resetting my router - Did not help. This user is from 2019 and i tried coming back to play with some friends. I have tried creating 2 more account as I tought this one was blocked after so many years. All accounts I have created get the same messege. Tried using VPN - I manage to connect but then disconnect as soon as I try to log in to a char. I was just trying to have some notalgia with friend being an old 33 year old game Please help
I managed to locate your accounts. You are not banned. There are two things going on: The IP address you are currently attempting to connect with is banned. You will need to restart your router to obtain a new IP address to connect with. VPN services need to be disabled or uninstalled before attempting to reconnect.
Did not work. I uninstalled the VPN Reset my router (with hard reset with the reset button + unplugging and connecting again) Uninstalled and re-installed the game Same messege This is an ID that has been delted or blocked from connetion. It seems I am not getting a new IP address - can we please exclude my IP from the sever/firewall managemnt platform? As I said...When I use a VPN i can get to the character selction screen, but when I choose a char it just disconnects me. I can provide my external and internal IP + MAC address if needed in a private messege.
Unfortunately in this case, it seems that the solution would be to call your internet service provider (ISP) to assist with the situation as we are unable to unblock your IP address. If the ISP is unable to help, a private VPN may be the solution. There are some helpful guides in the technical side of the forums to assist with this.
