The constant notification of people you don't even know logging in is annoying, and informational noise. I'm mainly speaking about those in your alliance. I would love to have an option to be able to turn off, at the very least, alliance/guild login notifications. I find the login notifications marginally useful with buddies, but if there was enough interest that could also have an option to turn off too.
If this is a simple addition (dev-wise) to the game options menu it sounds like a useful QOL option to add!
Were you the person asking around in FM yesterday? Guess one of the option in Game Option didn't work huh?
+1. Due to how many alerts you recieve, especially from alliances, it's super distracting, and leads you to stop reading them altogether. On top of that, BL/guild/alliance windows should be different colored, and make different sounds as well. Them all being the same across the board also leads to it being a distraction that you can't read or keep track of each time they pop up, which makes the alerts redundant The option to turn them off could also reduce lag, since the server is bouncing back less automated alerts (but I could be wrong about this)
This is on my wishlist for santa this year. The constant notifications is driving me insane. Please add ~togglelogin or something similar.
