IGN: mirunya Problem: Couldnt pick up these items because of mass dc Details: This happened on September 8, 2024 at 15:58:05. I killed Auf and tried to pick up these items. (mir10%, card, helms, and a CS behind the card! maybe) I made a thread but they just ignored my thread. Now I heard if it is mass dc or server problem, player can get back those items they were meant to get. So i make this thread again and hope can get a good answer instead of ignore.
The mentioned thread was missed out as it was submitted in the [Technical Help] section, which is usually for issues such as game files removed by the anti-virus I would recommend submitting similar requests in the right section - [Character Issues]
For the mentioned issue, I have tried to trace back the mentioned "mass DC" on 8th Sep 2024, but I was only able to confirm an issue occurred on 2nd Sep 2024 Related thread due to 2nd Sep 2024 issue - https://royals.ms/forum/threads/character-stuck-in-cc2.237251/
If you check the discord from the same time, you will see that many players are talking about mass dc. (server time 2024/09/08 15:58:05 is 2024/09/09 0:58 at JP time)
Went to do a further check, the mentioned issue on 8th ~ 9th Sep seems to be caused by the DDOS issue ongoing at the time Will discuss with Staff team about the said situation
