    Hi everyone.

My issue is that ever since I've been playing Mapleroyals (all of probably three weeks now, maybe a bit less haha) I've had an issue with crashing. When I start up Mapleroyals I can usually log in and play for one minute followed by the program crashing. No warnings or anything, it's simply that the program crashes. I can restart Mapleroyals and log in right away after that. The duration in which I can play extends before I crash after each crash. For example, I can play one minute the first time, 15 minutes the next, 30 the next, etc. This has been extremely consistent and annoying but I've been playing through it. Do I possibly have a corrupt file that's not reading as such or...what? Any suggestions? Any help would be great.

    Thank you

I heard some have issues with their IP address and they called their ISP to change/fix it, for some this just solved itself.

I can only give you standard tips to try since I have no idea why this happens, try turning off your firewall/antivirus, restart your pc and internet devices, don't use hamachi or vpn, clear your cache, try a DNS flush, re install maple.

Hmmm. Thanks for the reply, I tried turning off my Firewall(s) as well as restarting my PC, reinstalled Maple, and did a quick reset of my internet box. Will see how the DNS +cache flush works. Something to note as well is that sometimes I'll be playing and I start to lag a bit. After a couple mins (usually) it turns to me lagging indefinitely where the only way I can do anything is to log out, otherwise monsters just hop in place, can't pick up items, etc. It then brings up a message about checking my firewall or the servers being checked.

    EDIT: Didn't work, crashed already.

Also worth noting is that yesterday I got a message saying that I reached the "end of the file" after something wonky happened in-game.

Which OS are you using? My friend had it on her win 7. I would suggest trying to change compability mode. Or run setup in game folder.

    Hope that helps

I'm using Windows 8.1. When I try setting the OS compat to Windows 8 it can take me several tries to get the program started (parameters are incorrect it says), and eventually crashes. My go-to has been Windows '98 as it works 1st try almost every time (also crashes), though I suppose trying yet a different compatibility setting would be reasonable.

I would call your ISP and ask them for an IP change or something.
If your IP starts with 149 that could be a problem.
