IGN: (Happines5) Problem: (Lost 2 Chaos Scrolls ) Details: I did Mushroom Shrine gacha at around 09:00 PM-12:00 AM yesterday 03/04/25 , im sure that i used exactly 70 tickets , and got 2 Chaos scroll , I'm almost certain that I then went to FM and put them in storage and shortly after that I logged out of the game. Then when i login around at 12:45-13:00 PM 04/04/25 , I discovered that the 2 CS were gone, I checked both the inventory and the storage and they simply disappeared . I cant recall much whether I have traded my CS to my other characters but I'm almost sure not , so may need help of GM to check the detail. So I tried to contact GM ( FeistyFox ) in game and then i created this thread, thats all the process, if u need more details and informations, pls let me know. Unfortunately i dont have any screenshots when i got the 2CS in Mushroom Shrine gacha,but i can make sure all above details are accurate.
Will keep this thread open a while longer to see if anyone else is facing the same issue of Chaos Scrolls disappearing
I have no problem with it staying open for now, but what about the 2 CS ? I'm 100% sure I put it in my storage and I really need the money . could you check the logs please ? i gave you the UTC
I think you have misunderstood why am I keeping this open first As non-NX items do not simply disappear, I would need to compile threads before forwarding to the Admins as such issue would affect other players as well
Hi Dave , I've been waiting for over a week and I don't see anyone else who has had a similar incident. I'd be happy if you could pass on all the information to the admins so they can check what happened ( I don't believe this spot check won't take too long because otherwise I'll just be stuck with this without a solution ).
I can only escalate it to the Admins immediately if it's a server-wide issue As no one else reported similar issue/incident, I can only treat this as an isolated incident and you would have to wait for their batch processing of Character Issues
