Hi Admins. I've succesfully voted this morning on GTOP, but I just realized I did not receive nx after. Tried again and the royals site says I can vote: But GTOP says: Tried with my mobile: same thing. IGN: Bing0
Either something was fixed or it fixed by itself, but I can confirm it works fine today. I was able to vote on GTOP and royals site shows I've already voted (nx received)
Hello, I’d like to provide an update regarding the recent issue where some players didn’t receive NX after voting on Gtop100 (Apr 16). As soon as we received reports about it, I alerted the Devs. They looked into it on our end and also reached out to Gtop100 to figure out what was going on. We’ve since heard back from Gtop100, and it turns out the issue was on their side — specifically, the "pingUsername" (which tells us who voted) wasn’t sent through their pingback system. Because of that, we’re unfortunately unable to confirm who successfully voted during the time the issue occurred. We know this is frustrating, and we’re really sorry that we’re unable to provide a refund of NX.
