I got the compass the first time i accepted the lightbulb over my head. But when i put the letters in it, there was a completed quest but i wasnt take anywhere. I never went to a vault or anything and now i dont know how to get another compass. I saw on another thread they renew every hour but it hasnt happened yet. Is there an NPC to specifically talk to?
Lightbulb -> Accept quest -> Get an Empty Compass -> Double click Empty Compass (assuming 20 letters of each) -> Turns into Golden Compass -> Double click Golden Compass -> Teleports and kill pigs. "Complicated Quests" ... you sure you are not mixing it up with the other event quest?
