The stats gained from the shoulder pad dont count into wearing other equip. My shadower has 149 dex without mw20 or shoulder. after equipping the shoulder I am still unable to use my weapon. As you can see in the photo below all the stats on the kanzir marked white which means I should be able to use it.
Thank you for reporting. I presume you were still able to unequip and equip the weapon? But the client turns the slot red once equipped and doesn't show the weapon on the character itself? I've spent a bit of time looking into this, but it seems like it is going to be a client edit, so will need a little bit more investigating.
Hello, all I wanted to report an issue that I had regarding my purchased Khanjar. I had just recently leveled up and was looking forward to using my Khanjar for the first time. I've got all of the required stats necessary to equip the item; I could put it on just fine, but when I look into my equipment tab it appears to be red out? I've provided screenshots to show the Khanjar required stats as well as my own stats. Followed by me equipping the item. I did my due diligence by unequipping my Maple Shield with Str on it just to see if that was the issue, but alas, still red. I've merged these two threads into one. We are aware this is quite a big issue with the new shoulderpad, but unfortunately we need a bit more time to figure this client edit out. This will remain high priority to be fixed as soon as possible.
i believe this is a related bug: with Maple Warrior 20, i have 110 DEX (not including Balrog Shoulder Pad) and can wear a Dragon Slash Claw. once it expires, this goes down to 108 DEX, the Weapon slot becomes red, and i attack with bare fists (by default, since the Dragon Slash Claw equipment requirements aren't met) if i'm wearing the Balrog Shoulder Pad (which currently doesn't play a role in determining equipment stat requirements), and basic attack while crouching, i disconnect to the log-in screen almost instantly if i'm not wearing the Balrog Shoulder Pad, nothing unusual happens
