Hi, I played this game back in 2017 and wanted to pick up where I left. Surprisingly it seems my account got wiped clean as there are no characters present when I log in. I'm pretty sure I logged in on the right account. And no, I did not delete the character(s) myself. My IGN: GxFunk Hermit around level 80 I think Not sure if I had any other characters as well but the above name was my main. Probably had at least one more character to store items on such as scrolls and equipment. Did the server get wiped clean in the past years? Would it be possible to restore my characters? As I spend many hours grinding to get to this level I would really appreciate any help. Thank you in advance and also for keeping this server alive.
Since Royals does not randomly delete or wipe characters, there are two possible scenarios: You may have logged into the wrong account. Your account may have been compromised, and the characters were deleted by someone else. If you're 100% certain that you're logged into the correct account, please confirm the character's name, level, and job once more. Previously, you mentioned a level 80 Hermit with the name GxFunk. Once confirmed, I can request the GMs to check if the character still exists. Please note: If we do find that the character exists, we will not be able to disclose the Login ID of the correct account due to security and privacy reasons.
Hi Dave, This account is linked to my main email address so I expect it's the right account. If it turns out that for some reason I made another account I'm sorry for any inconvenience. I'm 100% sure the IGN is: GxFunk And also that I was a hermit level 80+ If this character is under a different login ID then the one I tried then I guess I will have to restart. I understand you will not be able to share with me the login ID under any circumstances.
