Duplicate Stats of Balrog shoulderpad isn't working as required stats of equipment.

    As the title.

    With a total DEX of 138, if equipping Spectrum goggle (+2 DEX), I can equip Red Craven. but equipping Balrog shoulder (+2 DEX), I can't.
    Stats info says I have 140 DEX either way.
