Feedback on Recent Event Updates The patch notes feel vague and could be made more user-friendly. For example, event announcements often only provide a basic overview, without explaining the full rewards or how to obtain them. In the current event, there's no clear mention of the NX equipment available through the egg event. If you haven't played in previous years, there's almost no way to know this unless another player tells you. I had to ask around to find out that the NX gear was even part of the event. Moving forward, I hope future updates include clear step-by-step instructions and a complete list of obtainable rewards, so that all players—new and returning—can enjoy the full experience without confusion.

To be fair, all the rewards available from this event were available in previous years. There are a lot of sources on the forum to find out where items can be obtained and quest guides. They actually purposely not give “clear step-by-step instructions and a complete list of obtainable rewards” so that players would have to discover the event rewards themselves as a community and explore each individual event (they already told you what npc or how to start events in patch notes). Sometimes they’ll add in new prizes so old veterans and new players would have to do the events to see what they are.
People already don't read patch notes and announcements, given how many people ask "when does event end?", "how do I get to $eventMap?" or "how do I get ring?" Event times are always listed and event NPCs will tell you "defeat 20 valentine's bosses and bring me the boxes to get the ring" and we STILL get people asking constantly in-game. Thus, giving us a list of rewards wouldn't change a whole lot but would prevent us from needing to make threads trying to figure out what drops from an event.
