Character Name: prfctCircle Where are you having an issue(s): In-Game, logging in Date and Time when issue(s) occurred (GMT): Anytime after I enter a map after logging in. Details of the issue: I have redownloaded the game I connect to a different channel every time. This morning I was able to play normally for an hour, now the game freezes after entering the map for 2 seconds and I get the error message below. Set all my antivirus software to allow MapleRoyals.exe Updated all my drivers, etc. I do not have a VPN Every time I try to log on to my character it says that "Unable to connect to the game server. Please try again later." Tried looking online for solutions. What error code were you given(if any): No error code, just the disconnected from server message. Thank you.
Just happened again. Was able to play normally for about 15 minutes. Changed map 3 times. Then changed from channel 10 to 11, the game froze, I disconnected and now I disconnect in every channel I try to enter. Cannot play normally
Update: There are no problems when I play on a different wifi on the same laptop. It appears to be caused by playing through the hotspot on my smartphone
